Your timeline for launch felt realistic, and your recommendations for brand partnerships and regional targeting were well considered, although the local market was not verified (Alberta vs. Ontario). Also, one important note: corporate mission and vision statements should not be paraphrased. These statements are carefully crafted to reflect the company’s purpose, tone, and values, and should be quoted exactly unless a client specifically asks you to help revise them. I would have liked to see you clarify the industry early on, as a clearer understanding of the health coaching service industry (as distinct from digestive health products) would have helped sharpen your recommendations. As well, the budget was overly ambitious and the choice to focus on an average-income demographic didn’t quite align with the premium service model Ember + Wren offers. Additionally, some presentation elements, like the inclusion of a photo of Michael Porter was confusing as his framework, not he as a person, was the relevant thing. That said, I appreciated your work! As you head into your careers, I encourage you to continue to stay open to feedback, ground your thinking in the context of the business, and clarify any assumptions before undertaking large projects.
