Ishan was polite and nice to work with. While he demonstrated a foundational understanding of coding, his technical progress was limited, and some of his approaches suggested a need for deeper familiarity with current best practices. He received feedback during the internship, but there was little visible response or adjustment. With more active engagement and responsiveness, Ishan has the potential to grow and strengthen his skills.
