Konrad has been a wonderful student to work with: he's motivated, works well both by himself and on a team, and asks direction when he needs it but doesn't need micromanaging. He produced top-quality work which is enabling us to move forward with an interesting project which had been on the back burner for a couple of years. I would work with him again anytime.
