We are looking to have a system that manages our service business that can be utilized by multiple users (coaches) and have a dashboard that both the customer and the user can see. Capabilities include:
- A customer dashboard as well as a user dashboard
- Capability to create forms with text boxes that a customer can complete as exercises and the user can view.
- User ability to log on and manage their individual customer engagements, without being able to see the other coach activities.
- An administrator-level that can see all of the customers and users
