We would like you to support with market research and the development of a new pricing model for our Mental Health First Aid Certification course. You should conduct primary and secondary research to confirm your recommendation is validated by our target customer in this market.
To accomplish this, we believe you will need to conduct the following research:
- Our organization’s total costs to facilitate the program, including our breakeven point and revenue required to sustain an additional facilitator.
- The competitive landscape of this certification program, including the number of local facilitators and the average fee charged per participant (both non-profit and for profit rates).
- Organizing focus groups, surveys, and/or customer discovery interviews to get input and feedback on potential pricing models and local demand for services.
Final deliverables should include:
- A written report including an Executive Summary that illustrates your market research findings and recommendations on our pricing model.
- A visual presentation of your research findings and recommendations.
We anticipate that there will be one student working with our Director of Finance and Corporate Services, CPA, MBA and the other working with the Manager of Quality and Strategic Engagement, MBA.
We will communicate with students via MS Teams, and will schedule weekly check-ins (or more as needed).
