Our mission is to make technology and structure simple, accessible, and empowering — especially for underrepresented entrepreneurs. As a Lead Generation & Outreach + Onboarding Facilitator, you’ll be part of the growth team that connects new founders to our resources and ensures they have a smooth, engaging start to their Secure Growth journey.
You’ll support digital outreach campaigns, learn to use professional CRM and automation tools, and help onboard clients for our digital products and consulting services.
This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in business development, digital marketing, and client experience while contributing to meaningful, women-led impact work.
By the end of the placement, students will contribute to measurable outcomes that support our mission of helping founders build secure, scalable, and investor-ready businesses.
The project will focus on three main areas: lead generation, outreach engagement, and client onboarding.
1. Lead Generation Outcomes
- Identification and qualification of at least 50 potential leads aligned with the Secure Growth™ target audience (founders, small business owners, and startup leaders).
- Creation of a lead tracking system or CRM dashboard (via Google Sheets, Suitedash, or HubSpot) to monitor outreach and follow-ups.
- Support in the development and testing of outreach templates for emails, LinkedIn messages, and digital campaigns promoting:
- The Secure Growth Checklist
- The Secure Growth Blueprint
- Audit & Implementation Services
Deliverables:
- Organized lead database (including contact info, status, and next steps)
- Outreach message templates and campaign logs
- Weekly summary reports showing leads contacted and engagement outcomes
2. Outreach & Engagement Outcomes
- Increased brand visibility through digital outreach and partnership connections.
- Contribution to marketing analytics — tracking open rates, responses, and conversion from outreach campaigns.
- Participation in strategy meetings to refine messaging and improve engagement tactics.
Deliverables:
- Outreach performance summary or engagement dashboard
- Two (2) campaign reports highlighting key metrics and insights
- Recommendations for improving communication and lead conversion
3. Onboarding Facilitation Outcomes
- Smooth onboarding of new clients using the Secure Growth Checklist and Blueprint intake process.
- Creation or refinement of a client onboarding SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for future facilitators.
- Increased client satisfaction and completion rate for intake forms and initial sessions.
Deliverables:
- Onboarding checklist and process map
- Updated client intake tracking document
- Feedback summary from clients or mentors on onboarding experience
4. Student Learning Outcomes
- Hands-on experience with automation, CRM tools, and digital communication systems.
- Improved understanding of business development, customer experience, and workflow automation.
- Experience contributing to a women-led, tech-focused business consulting environment.
- Development of transferable skills in communication, organization, data management, and teamwork.
Deliverables:
- Final reflection or learning report summarizing skills gained and project contributions
- Participation in an end-of-placement presentation or debrief session
Providing specialized knowledge in the project subject area, with industry context.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
