Experience feedback
Unfortunately, our experience with this project was well below expectations. The UVAA/DTTP team did not provide student profiles, résumés, or skills information before the start of the program, which meant we could not plan or assign work effectively. As a result, we lost almost an entire week of valuable project time before meaningful work began. In addition, there were multiple instances of unprofessional behaviour from the majority of team members—several did not show up to agreed meetings without notice, and one participant was openly rude and unprofessional in his communications. While a small number of learners (notably Sonashree and Charmaine) worked professionally and collaboratively, the overall conduct and communication from the rest of the team significantly disrupted the project and delayed progress.
