About Us: Allegheny College is where the visionaries of clinical psychology are nurtured. Our program delves deep into the practice, therapies, and treatments that make up the core of clinical psychology. Our students are not just learners; they are individuals who possess advanced knowledge in areas such as abnormal psychology and research methods. This course equips them with an understanding of a clinical psychologist's role, methods, and treatments, while also imparting knowledge on psychopathology, cultural, ethical, and legal issues. Our ultimate goal is to prepare students for internships, graduate school, and successful careers in the field. Ideal Partner: We are seeking business owners who are as passionate about collaborating with students as we are. The ideal projects are those that come with a clear problem statement, offering a significant challenge for our students to tackle. These projects can span a wide spectrum, from research-focused tasks to more practical, hands-on assignments. Flexibility is key; we encourage our partner business owners to be open to negotiating the project scope to ensure a harmonious and productive collaboration.
