Interns will collaborate with Wouessi's team to develop a structured wellness program, create engaging promotional materials, and establish partnerships with wellness service providers. The project aims to increase employee satisfaction and productivity by fostering a supportive workplace culture. By analyzing participation metrics and feedback, interns will gain practical experience in program development and employee engagement strategies. This initiative offers a unique opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges in corporate wellness.
Interns will deliver a comprehensive wellness program plan that includes fitness, mental health, and stress management components. They will create promotional content such as posters, email drafts, and social media templates to encourage employee participation. Additionally, interns will develop participation tracking methods, analyze survey results, and provide a final report with actionable recommendations for ongoing program success.
