Our team is looking for a finance student. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to work on real-world finance projects, and to develop skills in operations, capital markets, financial modeling, finance, and strategic analysis.

Project Scope:

• Preparation of a wellness quantification model

The primary project requirements include:

Shadow our CEO and work independently on the project scope:

1. Research and analysis of drivers to arrive at a quantification model
2. Planning, preparation, and development of model
3. Analysis and innovation of current industry practices
4. Use of quantitative and qualitative analysis of different variables
5. Analysis of quantification strategies of other industry players
6. Analyze large sets of data

Skills Required:

Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, independent research abilities, critical thinking, qualitative and quantitative analysis, verbal and written communication.

• The development of a non-standard financial quantification model

This is a great project for a student to prove their finance skills, alongside their digital expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated.

- We will provide

• Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the project's duration to address students' questions and concerns.
• Dedicated contact will be available for a quick phone or virtual call to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope as an appropriate fit for the course—approximately 30 minutes.
• The Executive Team will be available for a short project kick-off with students (virtual conference call) to introduce the company and project goals—approximately 60 minutes.
• The Executive Team would be available for all sessions where student groups present their findings and recommendations—Virtual conference call.
