Micaela played an important role in the development of Philer’s AI-driven legal chatbot by serving as our legal specialist. Her contributions were focused, thoughtful, and directly supported the quality and accuracy of the chatbot’s custom Q&A database. She sourced and reviewed a broad range of relevant legal materials and guidelines, including provincial legislation, RECO standards, and government publications. Micaela also created and refined Q&A content to ensure the chatbot could respond to common legal queries with clarity and compliance.
