  • detailed understanding of the firms current product offerings and markets to which these are offered in terms of customer profile and positioning


  • 2 An in-depth understanding of the company's current business-level strategy and corporate--level strategy - how is the company currently competing in the marketplace - cost leadership ? Differentiation? Focused?


  • 3. Going forward what does the company anticipate as its most pressing concerns /issues/threats? Does the company see any interesting opportunities ? Given these threats and opportunities and the company's capabilities recommend alternatives that the company can possibly implement along with detailed implementation plan.


  • 4.A detailed strategic plan along with proforma financial forecasts for 3 years.
