Teams of Ted Rogers MBA students, as part of their Summer Capstone Experience, will carry out a Management Consulting Project for a client. They will work with your organization to help you solve an important business problem or explore a new opportunity. Typical projects will last some 10-12 weeks. The course professor will match student teams with prospective clients.

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Sign a Project Agreement with the Student Team (this includes a confidentiality agreement)

Provide appropriate access to individuals, groups and data sources to allow the Team to complete the project.

Provide a dedicated senior contact who is available to be the point person to facilitate the project with the students, including arranging meetings, interviews and other data collection activities

Be available for a quick phone call with the professor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course. (The professor will then look for the best matching team.)
