Welcome to Saponetti! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to our innovative project to excite people about sustainable living with an engaging Email Marketing Campaign.
Saponetti advertises dozens of products online. We hope to revamp our email marketing to attract more customers to our brick-and-mortar store and online.
We want to work with students to design a new email marketing campaign for our company.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing themselves with Saponetti’s products, email marketing campaign goals and target market.
- Identifying types of emails and content that our company should send out such as welcome emails, newsletters, and re-engagement emails.
- Researching factors affecting the effectiveness of email marketing such as when emails are sent and making recommendations.
- Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign.
- Identifying ways to personalize emails for customers based on market segmentation.
Main Goal:
The primary objective of this project is to create an email marketing campaign that increases audience engagement, drives conversions, builds brand awareness, and nurtures our existing customer base.
Project Scope and Expectations:
During this project, students will create a road map for a 3-month email marketing campaign.

For students: To validate the completion of your work, please submit deliverables as uploaded files with a reflection note at the end of your project. These files can take various formats, including Word documents, PDFs, JPEG images, presentations, and more. We request tangible proof or an example showcasing your completed work. If the project involved an Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please provide redacted deliverables or a sample of non-confidential work.
