Tapfuma is a trade and investment executive dedicated to increasing the connectivity between African markets and other regions of the world. Having grown up a Canadian citizen, his passion led him to spend most of his working life across Africa (mainly South Africa and Ghana) where he engaged in community development, business development, management consulting and entrepreneurship. He is now based in Toronto, Canada where he founded Eschaton Solutions Ltd. – a boutique firm that promotes sustainable trade and investment with African markets – and Afrifursa – an initiative that seeks to shift the narrative around Africa in the Diaspora. He is currently a Managing Director at private equity firm Raygan Mills, which originates from a 3-generation old family office with roots in Cameroon. Tapfuma plays a strategic advisory role to several firms and enjoys empowering others to succeed.

Post-Event Analysis and Report Development

We would like students to help us with creating a Post-Summit Report based on our recent Afri Future Tech Summit. The Afri Future Tech Summit is a unique platform that brings together Canadian and African tech ecosystems for mutual benefit. This year we had our first in person event in Toronto, Canada and sucessfully drew over 150 people. We're an organization that is focused on bringing together diverse stakeholders for equitable exchange; we’re building shared value between Canadian and African stakeholders to achieve a more just and sustainable future.
