Elite Window Fashions - Inventory management
Hi, I feel confident our students can support your project need for inventory optimization strategies. I teach a group of supply chain professionals coming to canada from various parts of the globe with anywhere from 2-20+ yrs of supply chain / operations experience. This program offered by Sheridan college in conjunction with Access employment runs over 6 weeks. In this program we work with the client to identity the project by doing a project scoping review with the client. Upon client approval students are provided the project details along with supporting information from the client. We have 2 checkpoints along the way with students and client and then a final presentation of solutions in week 6.
