Mobile App UI / UX Design & Prototype

Morphace is a startup selling consumer electronics for skincare. Aside from our hardware, we would like to explore designing an iOS App prototype to engage with, generate interest, and identify the problems of our potential customers. We have another software engineer leading the project and implementing the App features, such as wrinkle detection and skin hydration tracking. We need input from the UI / UX perspective to make the App easy to navigate, for capturing user activity. Tasks may include: Conducting background research on similar skin-tracking applications on iOS Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available. Creation of a screen-by-screen UX / UI prototype of an iOS application Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this

Website Development Internship

This project is centered on upgrading and refining our website, hosted on the Wix platform. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, visual appeal, and overall functionality of our site. This internship is perfect for those passionate about web design, user interface, and digital creativity. It can include a coding component for those interested in that aspect, but coding is not required for every applicant. Main Goals: Enhance User Experience: Improve navigation, loading times, and interactive elements for a seamless user journey. Content Optimization: Update and organize content for clarity, engagement, and SEO effectiveness. Feature Implementation: Integrate new features and tools available on Wix to elevate our site's functionality. Improve user experience and functionality within the application we host on our website. Final deliverable includes: Students are asked to submit a document summarizing their findings, strategies employed, and their contributions towards achieving the project's objectives.

UI/UX Product Enhancements

Hi there! We are looking for students with UI/UX and research interests in mental health care and wellness. This project aims to design high-fidelity interfaces and experiences for V3 of Sunryse's clinic management software. The students will be assisting a lead designer, principal researchers, software developers and a clinical psychology team. By the end of the project each student will have learned how to utilize new and existing research to shape their designs and accompanying rational. Each student will also have learned the core fundamentals of working in an agile design and research team.
