Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from the University of North Dakota to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Over the course of the semester, students will create a detailed evaluation plan for your program or initiative. **It is important to note that the students will not be conducting an evaluation of your program. Instead, they will be working with you to create a detailed evaluation plan, ready to be implemented by your organization.** Students in this program/course study the concepts and practices used to analyze the effectiveness of public and nonprofit programs and enhance decision-making. Students will be introduced to the primary techniques in the field and develop theoretical and practical understanding of the benefits and trade-offs of each. Students will develop practical skills through the development of a detailed evaluation design and plan for implementation.
